  • Blue: 10 points per dollar spent with Best Western
  • Gold: 11 points per dollar spent with Best Western
  • Platinum: 5 points per dollar spent with Best Western
  • Diamond: 13 points per dollar spent with Best Western

Travel

  • Airlines: The chain has partnerships with over 30 airlines and frequent flyer programs worldwide, including Avios, Asia Miles, AAdvantage Miles, LifeMiles, Rapid Rewards Points, and more. These partnerships allow members to earn either rewards points or airline miles with every purchase. For a complete list of all of Best Western’s airline partners, please see our Comprehensive Best Western Guide.
  • Car Rentals: Earn up to 1,000 points on eligible rentals with Sixt, Budget, or Avis; or 3 points for every dollar spent on mileage and time with Alamo and National.

Shopping

  • Wine Club: Earn 5.000 points when joining the Vinesse Wines wine club.
  • Teleflora Flowers: 1,250 points when making an order through Teleflora, using the promo code BAABW, and providing their membership number.

Diners Club

Rewards members who are also members of Diners Club can transfer their Diners Club points to Best Western points at a rate of around 1:2.6.

The Value of Rewards Points

Establishing the exact value of rewards points is imprecise and imperfect. There are a huge number of factors that come into play when determining the value of points, including the date of the booking, the location of the hotel, the season of the planned stay, room amenities, and many more.

According to our detailed calculations, Best Western Rewards points have a current value of around 0.7 cents per point.

The Best Ways to Redeem Points

Free Nights

Redeeming points for free night stays at eligible Best Western hotels offers members the best value-for-money in their Rewards program. Reward nights vary based on the city and date of stay, with free nights in Los Angeles starting from 8,000 points and nights in New York City or Miami starting from around 20,000 points per night.

Transfer to Airline Miles

Points transfer to over a dozen airlines and frequent flyer programs, including Flying Blue, Asia Miles, AAdvantage, Aeroplan, Avios, and more.  For a comprehensive list of Best Western airline partners worldwide, please visit our comprehensive Best Western Rewards Rewards program Guide.
